During the early 2000s, SOLI greatly grew in popularity. Partnering with with San Antonio’s Trinity University, SOLI explored new music with students and young composers through performances and classes. This season, the ensemble emphasized the music of modern America, with their concert New Kids on the Block. On their concert Images in Time, the ensemble premiered a commission by Elisenda Fabregas’ Portaits II.
